En Capital Corporación Inmobiliaria, hemos trabajado arduamente por algunos meses en la compilación de las normas bolivianas, desde la Constitución política vigente desde el año 2009, pasando por el Código de Comercio de 1976, el Código Tributario boliviano del 2003, una serie de Decretos Supremos en materia tributaria y Resoluciones Normativas de Directorio del Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales (SIN) que definen el marco normativo que todo corredor inmobiliario en Bolivia, sea unipersonal (también llamado Freelancer o independiente) o esté asociado en una sociedad comercial (S.R.L., S.A.) debe conocer.
